急凍青邊鮑處理方法

  1. 從雪櫃急凍格取出,可放在室溫解凍直至表面軟身
  2. 用清水及牙刷洗淨表面,把腸藏剪去;
  3. 準備出水,用薑和蔥加入水中大火加熱,見到有‘水眼水’就把鮑魚放入水中,水滾後立即把鮑魚撈起後備用。
